How I work

The screen comes after the questions.

My process starts with the problem. I ask questions, study comparable products, speak with users and specialists, explore several directions, test them, and refine the strongest one.

  1. Understand the problem and the people affected by it.
  2. Ask focused questions and find the system limits.
  3. Explore several approaches before choosing a direction.
  4. Test the design and use the findings to refine it.
  5. Explain the decision, hand it off, and review the build.
