English and Persian family map

Milestone July 24, 2026

Full fitted tree restored as the landing view

Core value Family context

With a server-side privacy boundary

Project value

## Make a complex family understandable from the first view.

### What the design needed to achieve

- ✓

Show the complete fitted family map at entry.

- ✓

Support natural English and Persian family searches.

- ✓

Remove private profiles before data reaches the browser.

Problem

### Family structures grow dense.

A branch-only start can hide how people connect across generations.

Risk

### Profiles carry private facts.

Hiding a card in the interface cannot protect data that the browser already received.

Direction

### Fit first, then explore.

Open with the whole family and let search guide relatives to trusted links.

Design decisions

## Balance broad context with careful access.

01

### Open on the complete tree

Context first

Phones, tablets, and desktop begin with the fitted whole-family view. Branch links still support focused exploration.

Intended impact

Help relatives understand the full structure before they zoom into one branch.

02

### Keep each family identity visible

Clear orientation

The Meshgi and Ashtari addresses share one system. Each address keeps its family label visible on small and large screens.

Intended impact

Confirm which family surface a relative opened before they explore or share it.

03

### Protect profiles on the server

Real privacy

The public data response removes private profiles, related aliases, and copied identity text before the browser receives the tree.

Intended impact

Make privacy part of the data boundary instead of a visual switch.

04

### Accept natural family questions

Flexible search

Search supports name order, English and Persian family terms, and reviewed parent, spouse, sibling, child, and ancestor links.

Intended impact

Let relatives ask in familiar words without changing recorded family facts.

Product proof

## Verified behavior carries the privacy and orientation work.

Whole map

### 115 public profiles

Production checks verify one complete public projection without technical or private records.

Two identities

### One shared tree

Meshgi and Ashtari addresses present the same trusted data with the correct family label.

Natural search

### Reviewed links

Family questions use structured relationships and stay empty when required facts are not verified.

Result

## A living family map works across two family identities.

Live evidence

### Responsive web product

The complete tree opens on phone, tablet, and desktop for both family addresses.

Verified boundary

### Private data stays out

Public health and tree responses match the server-side public profile set.

Measure next

### Family usefulness

Track successful searches, correction requests, shared branches, and empty queries. Public usage results are not available.
